Today starts my own personal boot camp. For the next 7 days I will:
1. Do 2 sessions of cardio EVERY day. (except for rest day)
2. Do 3 sessions of weight training over the week.
3. Eat clean.
4. Stay in my calorie range.
5. Take 1 rest day.
My weight is starting out today at 197.4 I will weigh again next Sunday...stay tuned!
