My goal for Xmas - lose 10 pounds and drop to 160lbs

The last months have been quite hard with the moving to a new big city and starting a masters programme and trying to keep up with the work, and as a result my fitness has been neglected a bit. Over the last two weeks however i have joined a new gym and started to work out and feel much fitter. Even though i did not work out much before joining the gym, my weight dropped due to the business of starting a new uni course and not having enough time to eat properly, etc. However now i feel much more control in what i eat and do, and feel that i should set myself the goal of losing 10lbs by xmas so i need to lose about 1. 5lbs a week which i should be able to do.
It's weird but i actually like working out and going to the gym now!
