I started out doing really well using this program. I had a goal in mind, going on a cruise with my husband over the summer for our anniversary. Then once I got on the cruise I put on 8 pounds. Then, when I got back I went on a 10 day road trip with my parents and put on another 10 pounds. In the past I would have just given up. From what I have learned I knew that giving up was not an option. Yes, I had put the weight back on. But, I knew I could take it back off. I am happy to say that I have taken it off and then some. Anyone can lose weight, you just have to be willing to try your best and know that when you "fall off the wagon" you just need to get right back on it.
