By Christmas to be down by 15 pounds. Exercise goals are 15 minutes of Cardio, 15 minutes of Strength Training 5 times a week.
I know I can do this, if I lose a little more then that it will be great. Just as long as I lose the 15. I know I will need encourgement to stay on track. But it is all possible. I think the hardest part is going to be at Thanksgiving.
