Goals set-11/8/08

By Christmas to be down by 15 pounds. Exercise goals are 15 minutes of Cardio, 15 minutes of Strength Training 5 times a week.

I know I can do this, if I lose a little more then that it will be great. Just as long as I lose the 15. I know I will need encourgement to stay on track. But it is all possible. I think the hardest part is going to be at Thanksgiving.

    You can do it, I'm routing for you :)

    For Thanksgiving, of course I will have turkey, with out the skin though. I will try to substitute a sweet potato instead of mashed and load up on the veggies. That's my plan, hope I can stick to it! I will have some pumpkin pie though YUM I find if I plan ahead I have a better chance on behaving myself.
