My DH and I try to walk each and every morning that the weather permits here in WI. I use a walker with a seat and yes, I can go at least two miles at a time...It might not be fast, but we do get there and back...Gramsiekcakes/Merri

I love the new 'SparkPeople's Walking Guide' it has tons of great information for new walkers and experienced walkers as well. You guys have done a great job.

I am a walking success story too. I lost 154 pounds by walking. I did it in comfort of my own home with Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds DVDs. I combined walking at home with Intuitive Eating and much smaller portions of food.

I can't express my happiness to SparkPeople for this site. It is absolutely amazing! SparkPeople helps me to maintain my weight loss as I walk down to my goal weight. I am only 21 pounds from reaching my goal weight!!!! Thank you so much for everything. I am so grateful that SparkPeople is here. So now I have all of the tools I need right at my fingertips for my continued healthy success.

Yep, I agree! I walked off 101lbs and I'm still going! I love it and it doesn't get any easier as far as exercise goes.
