I'm feeling good today! Really good. It's my third day with no refined sugars of any kind and I'm starting to feel the sugar pangs go away. Today was my second day at the gym I finally found and, while I still feel weak, I feel better than I did yesterday and got way more done than I thought I could. I'm going back tomorrow. I scheduled a fitness evaluation for when I get home. That way, there's someone to hold me accountable for my exersise. I know that someone will be evaluating me and that's enough motivation to get my butt to the gym and work hard. After my evaluation in Feb. I will set some more concrete goals for the spring, probably mostly strength and body composistion goals. I've decided that I'm going to weigh in as little as I can stand, because I feel good, I know that I'm doing good things for my body, so I'm not going to let a number get me down.
