119 down only 126 to go... God helps each step...

Well, this has been a long time of hard work. I am seeing consistant losses most weeks. I have been named a motivator and my post used as the motivational post of the week here on spark. I am just glad my story can help and inspire others.

I have a LOT I am dealing with. Life is hard sometimes, with 4 high need kids, and teaching, and still recovering from the flood.... I just keep going. One day and step at a time. I have to! I want to be here for my family and to live as healthy and long as I can.

My Heavenly Father is good to me. He has helped me each step of the way, and given me SO MANY support systems. My TOPS chapter WA #804 is AMAZING to me, they send cards, call me, and inspire me with their goals, and choices as well. I am missing my friends in my 200+ Just HAS to go team. They have been really slow lately. I also am amazed with It is my support and friendships that remind me of God's hand each step of the way.

Well, I am almost half way to goal. LETS DO THIS TOGETHER....

YOU ARE VERY MOTIVATING TO ME! Keep up the great work you are doing! Your boys are just adorable! I am very proud of you, what you are doing with your weight loss and all the stress in your life, as well as your health issues that are showing up, are truly phenomenal.

I have lost 50 lbs with another 40 or so to go and I know how much better I feel, I can only imagine what your weight loss has done for you! I didn't realize there were still TOPS groups around. My mother used to take me to the meetings when I was in the 6th grade - I was told I was fat at 80lbs in the 6th grade - I have a friend that has a 2nd grader that weighs 80 lbs now - it's amazing how the ideas of fat back in the 70's aren't even considered fat now!

My 18 year old son was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome when he was 11 - so I understand just an iota of what you are dealing with.

Keep up your AWESOME work and I'll look forward to watching your progress.
