With some advice from a friend, I decided that I needed to look at things I had accomplished since losing some weight, and not to just focus on the poundage - which can be positively overwhelming at times! So I decided to challenge myself today. When I first started exercising, I only managed to do the 1 mile workouts. Then I slowly built up to completing the 2 miles. Today I wanted to see if I could complete a 3 mile workout - which is 48 minutes long! I did it!! I was rather knackered hehe, but I DID IT!!!!!! *happy dances* That was a real boost for me, and a much needed one! I even followed it up with a 2 mile workout this afternoon! I've never done 5 miles in a day before. I am feeling super proud of myself tonight!!!
