I'm not exactly sure when I set the goal to be 189 from 210. It was definitely several months ago. I think I had given up though or at least lost sight of it. But now I'm back on track and slowly but surely I have reached it. So, I'm going to celebrate! No, not with food. With happiness, joy and pride and the renewed sense that yes, I can do this!
