November 5th

I have been ignoring this site. I come in and log my exercise, but not my food and then I leave. No blogging, no spark points, nothing. In July I made it back to the lowest weight I remember being at, 283. And I am still there. I think I have a psychological block with that ever loving number. So... I have vowed to myself to be doing 60 minutes of cardio 5 days a week with 3 days of lifting by the end of November. That is the goal. This week I have 2 days in and I am planning to go tonight as well.
