The tough bit

I do well eating healthy when I am by myself for breakfast and lunch. But, when I join my friends for dinner, I tend to lose it. Not eating bad things, necessarily, but eating a lot of whatever there is. So, new goal; eat smaller portions.

and you know, i have the same problem. When its just jazz and me home we do great about eating. but as soon as 1 or 2 other family memebers come home, thats it.. i'm a bit better with just us girls, but when jay comes home... i dont know... i think its kind of a comfort thing, you're with friends/family, all enjoy food and... you eat...
