Remember to breathe

Sometimes we forget to breathe...we take on stresses that really should not be stresses, but happy fun stuff, and make them into...stresses.

So today is a day when I sit back and breathe.

Everything is fine and good. It's time to decompress.

That's the plan for today.

Track food...do some exercise and yoga...and breathe.

And smile.

    I agree, I have been having a lot of stress lately and I find it hard to breathe! I find that I am taking short, shallow breaths and I long for the deep, cleansing breath! I'm still working on it! But I am smiling a bit more often so hopefully the good breathing will follow soon!
