Is it seriously November? Well, another month has come and gone and I've done a whole lot of NOTHING in regards to my weight loss. Nothing positive anyway. In fact, I don't think I've made it through 7 straight days of eating decent or tracking calories and I darn sure haven't done any exercising. Isn't that fantastic? emoticon For as unhappy as I am with my weight, you'd think this would be a whole lot easier to keep on top of. I guess losing this baby weight is going to be much more difficult with my husband at home (never thought I'd miss deployments!) and it sure isn't any easier with a 2 year old and 3 month old to take care of. Exactly when am I supposed to find the time to exercise...I barely have time to eat! Speaking of eating...losing weight the first time was a lot easier with pre packaged foods! Trying to stick to a 1200/day calorie limit is kind of difficult when you have no idea how many calories you are eating when you cook. Even if I track all the calories in every ingredient I use to cook a homemade meal, [did I mention the lack of time?] trying to figure out portion/serving sizes can be a near impossible task. Did I miss this class in college? Were there super skinny chicks somewhere on campus attending the "Secret to decoding calories" class? Oh wait, nevermind, I WAS that super skinny chick...curse you mother nature and father time! Talk about evil parents... It is no fun being the child of the "Getting Older" family...can I please have my 19 year old metabolism back? Just for a week....please?? emoticon
