So, I haven't been active on SP, our team, or in reality world. So, I thought I would step on the scale ... and throw it away! No, but put it away. It was a nice surprise that I was at 160 and not 163 or more that I have been seeing...... so, I am proud that I didn't dwell on the scale's numbers, but yet, at the same time pleasantly surprised today.
