Today's weigh-in was another disappointment. Up a pound, after two weeks of not losing anything. I keep a record of my monthly weight loss so that I can see the improvement over a longer time...but this month I didn't lose anything. Well, I just have to keep going. Some day I will lose a miniscule amount of weight.....and then in another 6 months I will lose a miniscule amount of weight.........and on and on and on..........

On the good side, it is a lovely day out today. Cool, but the snow is all melted. I forgot to blog that we had 3 inches of snow last Tuesday -- not fun and way too early for my liking.

So plans: drop my calorie range to a lower one, drop my exercising to a more managable level, try to get more sleep -- that's the hardest thing for me to do!

    Hi Martha, I think Helen may have a good point. Just hang in there, we will do this, it just takes time. Some can really drop it fast, others take a little longer. Just stay the course. It will happen, just wait and see!! Julie

    I just wanted to ask you if you are eating enough calories to lose weight. I know that I am at a plateau but due to health issues at this time, I am on a very strict low carb and low protein diet and it is impossible to get enough calories for my body. So it thinks it is in starvation made and is hanging onto every ounce it can. Although I am losing inches. Are you clothes fitting better or getting bigger? Maybe you are losing inches also. Sleep is mandatory in this equation also as you already know.
