I think the problem I want to work on is preparing balanced meals in the morning. I would like o diversify my morning routine and I am in a rut. I eat the same breakfast sandwich every morning and I am bored stiff with it. I leave for my work out at 5:00 am and I am really tapped when I go to bed at night. I find myself starting to buy breakfast for convenience sake....Not a good idea.
Since all of my accomplishments have been step by step, I will look to that method of getting things done. All I have to do is change one thing. Maybe add a fresh fruit or veggie...hmmm.
