Problem goal...

I think the problem I want to work on is preparing balanced meals in the morning. I would like o diversify my morning routine and I am in a rut. I eat the same breakfast sandwich every morning and I am bored stiff with it. I leave for my work out at 5:00 am and I am really tapped when I go to bed at night. I find myself starting to buy breakfast for convenience sake....Not a good idea.

Since all of my accomplishments have been step by step, I will look to that method of getting things done. All I have to do is change one thing. Maybe add a fresh fruit or veggie...hmmm. emoticon

    You are smart to make this a goal. One of my early goals was to try a variety of foods, so as to not eat the same thing everyday. I also vowed to try a new recipe every couple of weeks just so I wouldn't get bored. For breakfast I pretty much rotate 1 cup of Fiber One Honey Clusters & 1/2 cup of milk; a poached egg on toast with a piece of turkey bacon; a package of high fiber oatmeal with 1/2 cup of milk; or occasionally french toast made with egg beaters & topped with sugarless jam. I have a serving of fruit with all of these. Turkey bacon has been a life saver for me as also makes a good Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich and I feel like I have had such a treat.
