So, its November 1st & Halloween wasn't as bad as it could've been for me. With the endless supplies of all types of treats & the rare occasion of tricks, I remembered our goals. So to me this is only the beginning of change for me. I ate more healthy foods yesterday than unhealthy. I have a bag of leftover sweets left but I stood on the scale & I haven't lost anything but then again, I haven't gained either. So I want to vow to recommit to my healthy goals & boost my physical endurance. I have been a lazy bum lately but have enjoyed the workouts that I have finished. I make everyday, a new beginning for me. What are your daily goals? I look forward to all comments!
