November 1st

Saturday, November 01, 2008

So, its November 1st & Halloween wasn't as bad as it could've been for me. With the endless supplies of all types of treats & the rare occasion of tricks, I remembered our goals. So to me this is only the beginning of change for me. I ate more healthy foods yesterday than unhealthy. I have a bag of leftover sweets left but I stood on the scale & I haven't lost anything but then again, I haven't gained either. So I want to vow to recommit to my healthy goals & boost my physical endurance. I have been a lazy bum lately but have enjoyed the workouts that I have finished. I make everyday, a new beginning for me. What are your daily goals? I look forward to all comments!

My daily goal is to drink my water. It seems so simple, but during the course of the day I don't pause enough to get all 8+ in. emoticon emoticon

I gave ya a, "I like this blog". Been a bit lazy myself. Hey! Let's tell each other every other day how we've done. That way we can hold each other accountable. Thank you for always making me smile on my Blogs & page! So what do ya say? We will let each other know every other day what we did. The good, the bad & the ugly. Lol!

    Hi Dee!
Way to go on making everyday a new beginning. A positive attitude is what is going to get us through this. My daily goals? To find a way to add childlike fun to my day. I have bounced on a mini trampoline and tried jump roping again yesterday. Lots of Laughs!
Hope your week is great! Jeri

I'm glad you're resisting, it's so difficult. My goal this week is to exercise at least 4 days to something from fittv.

Thanks for your comment on my blog and way to go, on resisting those treats. I love your spark page, very inspirational.
We can do this, thru God all things are possible, we just need to ask for it.

May God bless you with strength and determination on this weight loss trial.

I'm glad you didn't give in to temptation! I luckily was working Halloween night so I wasn't around candy. It's one of my weaknesses! Maybe we can be buddies and help each other out. Hope you had a wonderful day today and see you on the skinny side!
