My November GOYAAM plan is to:
1. Drink 96 oz. water EVERY DAY!
2. Do 30 mins on my elliptical every afternoon.
3. Do 20-45 mins. of Turbo Jam every morning.
4. Reward myself once a week.
5. Get in my fruits and veggies every day.
6. Track, Track, Track.... track all nutrition calories consumed and exercise burned 6 days a week!
