Ok Here is my delima. I feel like I have no time to exercise. I am open to all suggestions.
I wake at 5:00 in the mornings. By the time I get myself ready for work it is time to wake the kids. When they get on the bus, usually we are running out the door when the bus stops in front on the house at 6:50, I have to leave for work. When I get home fix supper and take the kids to dance, scouts, etc... get everyone showered and to bed it is 9:00 at night and I am usually dead tired.
I know my diet downfall is exercise. I don't eat but 1200 calories a day. So I know that if I added excerise ot my routine I would start to loose weight. My son laughed at me the other day. We have a step in the house, yes just 1 step in the hall. I was going up and down the step. I think I counted 50 times. My son was rolling on the floor with laughter.
