THis last week has been exciting at the scale.
SInce i went back to my weight loss group in Feb.i seemed to be going at a snails pace. Two weeks ago, i had a good week exercise and food wise, when i got to the scale i was down 1/2 lb.
I was sort of dissappointed after all i had went dancing for 4 hours straight and walked all week long.For the amount of exercise i had done, i figured i would have lost a few lbs. But it sure showed up this week,i had a big loss of 5.5 lbs.
Wowzers that puts my total to 114 lbs.
I was really happy and peppy for sure..
It takes a lot of determination and hard work to lose weight, i have been at it for 3 yrs.
