My main goal at this point is to get back into an exercise routine. For the last two days I have exercised - not much, but something. The best part is how good it makes me feel strong. And, I find when I exercise, I don't want to eat things that aren't so good for me. It's not even not wanting to undo my hard work. I just prefer healthier foods when I get the exercise I need. I find exercise is also a great motivator for me. The more I do it, the more I want to do it. So, the hard part at this point is not doing too much. I don't want to burn out before I get going.
