Today is the second day of tracking my calories again. I almost forgot to log on to do it. I used to log on after each meal to enter the information but I guess I'm not in the habit of doing it anymore. I'm sure it will come back with a little effort.
This time around I'm not quite as concerned with staying strictly within my limits. I really don't mind if I go over by a couple hundred calories - as long as I don't totally blow it on a regular basis.
Since I only gained a few pounds during my time off, I know I'm not that far off from what I should be doing. Small changes will hopefully put me back in the right direction.
I'm going hiking with the mister tonight! That should give me a good boost of energy to get stuff done when I get home. :)
