I'm going to try a little calorie shifting this week to see if I can get through my first road block. I lost 7 pounds the first month I started w/ SP and now I've been stuck at 140 for about 3 weeks. Monday I ate at the higher end of my calorie range goal. Today I'm trying to be around 1200.. went a little over, but I have to eat. Guess I'll drink an extra couple glasses of water to help feel full. Wed I'll eat around 1200 and Thursday back up in the 1500 range. We'll see if this helps. I'll post my results next wed when I weigh in again.
