Well, I am starting my third week of morning workouts and I continue to LOVE IT more and more with each passing day. I was one of those people that didn't think it was possible to wake up early and get my butt to the gym but I was WRONG and I am super excited about it still!!! I encourage anyone to give it a try for just a week and see how it works for you!
I had a wonderful weekend and went on a 6 mile hike with my daughter. We had a nice time and the view from the top was fabulous. I burned almost 1,000 calories which is great for me at my current weight. THat is one (and probably the only) thing I miss about being overweight. I used to work out and burn tons of calories but not so much any more. Feels like I have to work extra hard but I wouldn't change it!! =)
