I am feeling disturbed by how unhealthy I truly am. I decided that this would be a great time to take on my health as I am now carless and have to walk everywhere. The problem is just that, walking every where. This morning on my way to work, I got a leg cramp. Then on the way home, which I might add is up a very steep hill, I had to stop multiple times to stretch out the same leg.

    I am carless also and am trying to bike and bus everywhere, but more often than I'd like to admit I miss the bus and "get" to walk home... Some days its definitely a trudge, not a walk, but I've learned it ALWAYS feels better the next day if I take 10 minutes out of my day to stretch when I get home. That doesn't mean that I always do it, but I know it helps...
