139.4 today and my size-4 khakis fit really well! I was really tired today though...gotta get to bed early tonight. Tonight I did 10 minutes on the elliptical and then did a light Zumba class and was really tired by the end.

My second HRM experiment got a little messed up. The timer apparently stops at 15 hours, which I did notice the first time I did it, but the first time it happened it was the middle of the day. This time, it was the middle of the night and so I didn't restart it until I woke up at 6:30. Then after that the timer just seems to go weird so I don't know for sure what my results were, but my best guess is that it was around 3,000. Wow, that's high. I am going to try again, only this time I'm going to start it at 9:30 p.m., write down the calories burned at 9:30 a.m., and then start again for 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

I'm boring even myself now. Later!

    heheheh. Not boring at all! But I'm curious, how are you keeping the sensor on the chest strap wet throughout the day??
