How cute--actually had a comment from a Spark friend inquiring where day 23 was!!!!!!! Thanks for that my friend!!

I have been out all morning and into the early afternoon. I got my Halloween candy--NOTHING I like!!!!!! Here is what I got, Nerds, Sweettarts, Laffy Taffy. We had around 50 last year, so that is probably what we will get this year....depending on the weather!

Then SURPRISE.....I had my MRI with contrast. I called last night after 5PM just to see if there were any cancellations, and there was......so I got in today!! She about killed my arm putting the needle in my vein for the contrast!!!! She actually had to take out the needle and "do" the other arm, and that did NOT hurt. PTL!!!!! Anyway hoping I might get the results tomorrow afternoon!!!!!!!

I really wished I could do more exercise; I am only doing about 20-30 minutes every day, due to the calf/back pain, so I am hoping to get this corrected--whatever the results show. I still keep my vision of a slimmer, healthier me in my head. I keep my post its out and the dressy dress my daughter no longer fits (too big for her) out where I can see it!

WOW..........is that saying anything to you? I hope you all have a goal set.....maybe not a weight one, but one like exercising every day, or eating 4-8 veggies and/or fruits daily. Whatever it is........I hope you have it set!
