So I have fallen off of the Spark/Health wagon and am getting back on. One leg at a time. I know how I hard I worked in the past to have this healthy, happy & very fit physique and I am wanting to go back to it.
Step 1: Eat heathier - I have been working on this daily. We quit eating out (down to once a month - yeah) and taking our leftovers to work the next day.
Step 2: Exercising - For someone who exercised every day down to never I need to kick my butt back into gear. If I can stay active 3 times a week with cardio this will be my big step in the right direction. My husband has been getting back into day hiking and I have followed suit.
Step 3: Goals - I want to be heathy, happy & flexible (man do I miss yoga).
I am always looking for others who have similar interests and want to also achieve goals. I am not looking to go on a strict diet and only work out. I want to live and just have a healthier outlook.
