Pushing Myself

So, I am at the home stretch of my weight loss journey and I am starting to challenge my body. One hour of cardio instead of thirty minutes, running for the last five minutes of my hour on the treadmill. It feels nice. I figure, what's an hour of my day to lose the weight? Even though it feels like eternity when I'm doing it, it's so wonderful when I get finished. After I lose the amount of weight I want, I'm really going to buckle down with strength training, because what's an hour or two of your day to have a body you always wanted?

    You don't look soft at all! Girl, you are doing & doing it well. I have been inspired so much here lately & you are part of it. When I first started Spark last year, I lost 18lbs then gained back 10. I am turning 40 next year & I look good but I want to not only look better but have that infused inside as well. I want my heart to beat slower. I am about to do my arm work out, did some walking early, will do some sits up (as soon as Shadow is done laying around) & then kill the evening with some tae bo moves while I watch the beautiful ladies of Desperate Housewives & Brothers & Sisters! Let's Go!
