So, I am at the home stretch of my weight loss journey and I am starting to challenge my body. One hour of cardio instead of thirty minutes, running for the last five minutes of my hour on the treadmill. It feels nice. I figure, what's an hour of my day to lose the weight? Even though it feels like eternity when I'm doing it, it's so wonderful when I get finished. After I lose the amount of weight I want, I'm really going to buckle down with strength training, because what's an hour or two of your day to have a body you always wanted?
