For the past three weeks I have totally gone off my diet and exercise plan. Two things happened, the first was I missed my red meats so I started eationg them again. The second thing was the fear of losing my butt. I have been watching it get flatter and flatter. It's just something that I have never had a problem with. I tried squats but I am not seeing the results as fast as I see my but going away. But starting today I'm going to try not to think about that and continue on my weight lose journy. Wish me luck.
