Today my boyfriend and I enrolled at a gym! We wanted something new to do together as a couple. I was always to nervous to go to the gym alone (I don't ever really go anywhere alone). Now we are making plans to go every night together. He loves to swim and I love to take classes and use the elliptical machine. I am so excited about this and feel this is a good start! I would like to lose 5 - 8 lbs by the end of the month. The first couple of lbs should be pretty easy to shed.
Also, my bf's mom lost over 30 pounds this summer and went down 4 pants sizes! She will be in my clothes if I do not get started!
Tonight I am having a much needed girls night out with my friends. Tomorrow.... the training begins!!
