Dear Santa,

This year:
I wish and really want to do cardio 3x/week & weight training 2x/week.
I wish and really want to drink 64oz of water (or more) every day.
I wish and really want to log all my food at least 5 days/week.
I wish and really want to lose 10 pounds by the end of the year.
I wish and really want to do more fun, healthy and active things with the boys.
I wish and really want to spend more quality time with my husband.

    I know you can do all that stuff because you RULE! Just break it down into baby steps and don't get overwhelmed by trying it do it all at once...not that I could imagine you doing that. ;) Take your first wish and break it down into something smaller that you can start doing and tracking to see your progress...then start the next one!

    I think Santa can help deliver everything on your list! Here's an early present, quality/family activity, have a family fishing trip to supply Santa will an all you can eat Lobster buffet! tee hee
