I wish and I really really want to get rid of 10 pounds by the end of 2008.
I wish and really want to do cardio exercise for at least 2 hours per week. I will walk or do other aerobic exercise at least 5 days per week to reach my goal of 2 hours. If the weather is bad outside, I will not make excuses. I will get on the treadmill!
I wish and really want to do strength training 3 times per week.
I will do upper and lower body exercises as prescribed by my physical therapist. If I'm need some incentive to get these done, I'll do them while watching TV to make it easier.
I wish and really want to record my food intake at least 5 days per week. I will record my food intake at least 5 days per week, using the Spark People Nutrition Tracker. I know I'm much more likely to stay on track (or get back on track) if I can see my calories add up over the course of the day. I will use Phase 2 of The F-Plan diet to help me make wise food choices and lose weight.
I wish and really want to avoid eating after 7:30 pm at least 6 days per week. I will remind myself that I'm much more likely to have reflux problems if I eat after 7:30 pm. I will save late evening eating for one night per week when I'm up later than usual (usually on the weekend).
