Keep your eye on the prize! my original goal was to get down to 120. when i tell friends that i weigh 148 they are shocked because i look smaller than that. i guess muscle does weigh more than fat. i complete five cardio sessions each week averaging 1 1/2 hours and i complete four strength training sessions each week averaging 1 hour. i am currently working on my abs and my legs. can't wait for ski season. it can get real exciting when you know you look good and feel good.
