My goal is to do 10 workouts on each level (3) by 11/21/08. The reason for this is I have a banquet to attend on 11/22. I started on 10/13/08, yes I added some extra days in because I can't work out every day. Wednesdays when I have class I barely have time to feed my dog so those days are out.
10/13: Day 1, level 1 I couldn't quite keep up with all of the exercises and had to take more breaks than the last time I did this. I did complete the circuit. 9 more to go!
10/14 Day 2: Had to move a mattress set, grocery shop and clean since I couldn't do so on Saturday. No shred today. I did save some money by convincing my husband that instead of eating out I would make whatever he wanted for dinner. Along with a fit butt and stomach I am working towards fit finances so this was a small victory for us. Also, in the past month I have paid $1,000 towards my huge money sucking credit card. A good portion of that was my bonus but it's less money I have to worry about later.
10/15 Day 3: Wednesday=class. I have a hair appointment at 3 and then I go straight to get some food then straight into class. I did get up earlier than normal to get some chores done around the house. See that's my working up to getting up earlier and exercising in the morning! Tomorrow I will have my exercise clothes laid out so I can get out of bed, put them on, work out then shower and get ready for work.
Every time I restart my exercise routine I am reminded that I SLEEP BETTER!! HELLO brain, do you hear me?? If I sleep better I don't struggle as much in the mornings! But every time I end up falling off the wagon and repeating the process. I know why it is, something will come up and my schedule will change and I start to put off exercising and the next thing you know it's been a week, then a month, then 3 months, etc. Working in my clinical hours on top of class, work and the rescue squad will probably throw a wrench into my plans but I'll figure that out later. One day at a time, right?
