Breakfast -- all week -- choice of oatmeal, cereal, or egg beater and lite English muffin (always two cups of coffee with fat free half and half).

Lunch -- all week -- choice of soup, salad, mixed fruit and yogurt

Homemade Stromboli, tossed salad

Leftovers, salad, applesauce

Hamburgers, salad, (mac and cheese for the little one)

Sloppy joes and goodies

    Good job Angi! You must feel so good this week to get rid of those 9 lbs. I haven't checked, but I think you'll be our big ol' loser this week! I'm really happy for you especially in the midst of a crazy schedule, kids, etc. GO GIRL!
