but that was to be expected I suppose as I have gotten in my exercise the way I need to, to lose. This is gonna happen throughout my journey, I know, but that doesnt mean It is stil not encouraging. wk before last was the monthly time and I did not ex. at all that wk. Last wk I only ex. about 3 times and it showed on the scale. Plus after taking off the one wk has been so hard to get right back on track and kick myself in the butt. better work harder this wk and see results next
