Okay, so seriously.. I got off track for a while, but the boyfriend and I made a bet with each other to restart a diet and stick to it.
Our 5 year reunion for high school is in June of 2010. He wants to lose 50 pounds by then. To make it interesting, if he doesnt lose 50+ pounds, he has to pay me $50. If he does lose the weight, I have to pay him.
I would like to lose 75 pounds by then, so the same goes for me, only instead of $50, its $75 for me.
Fingers are crossed!
My plan is to eat healthy, keeping calories under 1500 per day and trying to get ATLEAST 30 minutes of cardio in per day.
