SparkPeople Emails Back To Normal - And Note About Notification Re-subscribing

Hi everyone

We believe that all of our SparkPeople emails should be back to normal. We know that since Monday some people have not received newsletters, and some people have not received notifications for things like message board replies.

If you have not been receiving notification emails, we recommend that you resubscribe to any message boards or SparkPage blogs that you were subscribed of interest. These subscriptions rely on you to click the links in the email to re-subscribe, so if you did not receive these emails you unfortunately didn't have a chance to re-subscribe.

If you are still not receiving emails after doing this, we recommend clicking here to read our article about solving email problems.

    Some of my Sparkmail ended up in my spam folder. I always check it, so there was not a problem really.

  I started receiving again.
i have a question, can I submit my meals from a blackberry? Iīts been difficult for me and I canīt sometimes login, so I want to know what can I do from it, just check mails I receive?

    I am not receiving all my inbox messages from people. I get some and find others in my box. Some are being sent and others arn't. Without checking my inbox each day I don't know. Its been happening before the other site changes took place. As a co leader of Surviving Cancer I will need to be on top of things. Hope2be

    Computers are great but can be frustrating too! I don't know if anyone else has found some of their replies in spam mail. I know I have. Now I have to check to see if they ended up there. minor inconvenience for all the great stuff ! :)

    Thanks, Dave, for this Blog post. I just hope the next time (and hopefully it won't be necessary) Spark will put a notification about a wide spread problem on the Start page earlier just to let us know and perhaps there won't be so many threads starting in the Tech questions about missing Emails. You do it when the site goes off line for an update in the middle of the night. That Is helpful to know. Thanks for sticking with the problem and solving it. Job well done!

    Just an FYI, SparkMail started getting delivered to my Spam box these past couple of days. Not sure if you changed the way things were being delivered. I added it to my addres book so I'm not sure if it would have been fixed normally.

    Thanks for the info, but for my general understanding of things - what was the problem causing this - it's the general sp emails - like recipe of the day and motivation email of the day that I didn't receive a couple of days. Then they were back. I'm the type that likes to know how things work or don't in this case.
