I hit 140 2 days ago. That is NOT a good thing after reaching my goal of 135 and trying to maintain it. I know exactly when it started creeping back on too. My younger son had a friend over and they were playing in the yard and I was feeling pretty good about everything. Unfortunately, my older son (by 7 years) decided to entertain himself by picking on the younger ones so I decided to intercede. Now keep in mind that I am at 134 pounds ( 1 pound below my goal weight) and my older son is about 215. I guess I wasn't thinking about that fact and because we were all playing outside and enjoying the beautiful weather, I decided to physically block my oldest by standing between him and the younger ones. The tird picked me up and threw me to the ground! I heard a pop sound in my shoulder and rolled around on the ground for several minutes in quite a bit of pain. After reassuring myself that nothing was broken, I decided it was time for my oldest to go spend the rest of his day with his dad. Anyway, my arm was pretty sore for quite some time and so I stopped strength training because my program includes push ups. Several days later I was hanging out on the couch with my hubby and rubbing his back when I heard a similar popping sound from the same shoulder. It's been getting better ever since and I'm doing strength training again, but during this time I haven't been getting much cardio either and I've been eating a ton. So...IT IS TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK!!!!
