October Streak -- end of week 1

This was a pretty good start to my October Streak. I only broke down and got on the scale one extra time! That's very good for me! Even better, I did not lose any more inches but I did drop from 189 to 186. I will be a lot more impressed with it though, if I am still there NEXT week!
In other areas, kept up my fitness and nutrition trackers every day, drank all of my water and then some, and stayed within my calorie range except for one day when I dropped below. That day was a nutritionally well-balanced day so I wasn't too concerned about it.
In terms of my quilting goals, did not get as much done as I would have liked, but I did get started on OGS's quilt and spent about 3 hours working o my Island Chain.
Best of all, my husband is really well motivated right now too so it's looking good to stay on track all month with the exception of this Saturday. We are having friends over for dinner and that is going to be a real challenge, but so far, I'm really pleased!
