Okay, I need to readjust some things. I was trying to keep track of what I am eating, but I find that it is very hard to do this when you need to make supper for your family. I mean you can only have so much grilled chicken - especially with a family who loves hamburgers, sausage, potatoes, and cheese.
So...I am going to try to keep a close eye on what I have for breakfast and lunch, but I am going to eat, in smaller portions, what I feed my family. Can this work? I don't know. I cook from fresh ingredients and avoid pre-packaged things. I make pretty healthy meals for many of the meals. So, we'll see...
I did get some good fitness minutes in and it was supposed to energize me, but right now I am absolutely and totally exhausted. But I'm glad I got my butt moving today, anyway!!
