I may not need an exercise buddy per-say but I do need a cheerleader. I need someone to give me pep talks and call me on my workout days 9mon, Thur, Sat) to make sue I do put on my gym clothes and go at it.
I DO wish I had a healthy eating partner. Lets face it./ I am dating again, I have a steady boyfriend. And we do not eat well together. When I cook a healthy meal he will eat it providing itís not over veggie based (he hates a lot of veggies, but there are some he will willingly eat and others I can sneak in)
But I cannot afford to cook good for the both of us whenever we spend time together and he really likes taking me out. But his favorite restaurant choices are ďAll You Can EatĒ and fried food havens. Even worse he professes to LOVE watching me enjoy food and is a great enabler. He buys me brownies, cream-puffs, and ice cream all the time. I asked him if he really wants me fat and he says that he likes me curvy and I have NEVER been fat. In truth he is not worried about it.
He does encourage me to keep exercising, but heís detrimental to my healthy eating.
Is this grounds for a break-up? (kidding, just kidding)
