First week of October and I'm doing rather well. I had a little of a problem with my boyfriend again, but that's cleared up now.
School is going well, and I'm finally getting into my volunteer placement to begin my classroom assignments. I'm also involved in some activities where I'm living that involve mental health awareness. Namely, the Mental Health Fair is on October 23rd. I'm in charge of the planning group for my program, called Shelter Cove. After that is over, I'm possibly getting involved in a service called a "Warm Line", which is like a crisis hot line only not for crisis and run by mental health clients. It would be like a peer counseling on the phone.
As far as diet and exercise, I'm plugging along. I'm still just barely above the 200 mark. I anticipate a drop sometime this month. Usually, it takes a certain amount of time in which I adjust my program again to see results. Right now, I'm starting to go back to the gym and I bike there, so that is my cardio when I go. Today I went and biked and then used the treadmill for ten minutes before doing about a half hour of weight training. I also biked to the elementary school I will be volunteering at soon.
I bought some new corduroys yesterday even though I haven't made it to that goal level yet. I did it because my pants are already starting to be too big (or the ones I was wearing before were), and I don't want to be going around with my pants sagging.
I'm planning to take the CSET exam in November, so I need to register and I need to get to the studying. I'm going to ask about tutoring for the exam, maybe a weekly thing to keep me on target.
That is all for now.
