1. Wake up before or latest by 7 am: 25 out of 31 days : Achieved for 6 days

2. Have breakfast: 31 out of 31 days : Achieved for 6 Days
3. Take Vitamin: 31 out of 31 days : Avhieved for 6 Days
4. Stay within Calorie Range: 25 out of 31 days : Achieved for only 2 days
5. Have 9 fruits & veggies: 31 out of 31 days : Achieved for 6 days
6. Exercise : 1. Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday & Saturday 60
Minutes of Yoga+stretching+strength Exercise
routine : Monday exercise done Saturday did not achieve
2. Brisk walk for 55 minutes five times in a week : So far only one day
3. Table tennis Playing Every Sunday 120 Minutes : Played for 100 Minutes as against 120 Minutes

Cardio Minutes: 100+55+40 = 195 Minutes so far
