Ok, I know this isn't a huge achievement, but for me, it was BIG...
Although I would have REALLY preferred pizza for lunch, I made a salad - took the time to chop the tomatoes, celery, cucumber, carrots, lettuce, etc... and I was just about sit down to eat when I managed to somehow drop the whole thing on the floor! I was soooo bummed.
But instead of having pulling a pizza out of the freezer, I took all the salad stuff back out of the fridge and started again. It was worth the effort! Not only did it taste great, it had lots of nutrition with low calories and fat!
