I'm dropping weight weirdly

Its strange isn't it? We try to eat healthily and exercise right and sometimes the weight is hard to shift. If you are anything like me - you'll also note that new transition like moving or starting a new uni also brings a about changes in weight. My weight either jumps up or down (its never the same effect) about half a stone (7 lbs). I have moved to London in the UK on the 21st of september and started a new masters course and my weight has been dropping like crazy and yet I feel more flabby than usual? Maybe cause my exercise for the moment has ceased to get some stability in my life (apart from walking loads - I walk up to 6 miles a day here in London since I'm so central its just easier to walk in a way than get the tube or bus).
Does anyone else get this effect?
I'm glad I'm losing weight but I feel bad cause it seems like the wrong way. I feel I should exercise more to keep fit - not be too busy sometimes to eat properly all the time. Its not like I'm starving myself tho - I feel I have been going over my calorie limit although its not terrible since I have been eating mostly healthy stuff.
Its just kinda weird right?
