Wow, I started slipping on Sept 16, didn't get back on track for 2 weeks??? How quickly it passes!! I had no idea until I looked at my previous blogs!
Well finally...A day, a complete day, with which I am well satisfied! I stayed within my calorie range (barely, but that's okay), I drank my water, I didn't do strength training but I did walk 5 1/2 miles and jogged another 1 1/2 ! Wow, I am now 11 miles closer to my Missouri virtual challenge!!
Thanks, everyone (most of whom I don't even know!) who has been so supportive of me and helped me get back in the game!
