A new day....

So trouble on day 5 just grew and grew and grew! But I think this week I can get myself on track. I have joined a virtual walking group AND set up a challenge for some friends outside the group, too, that I think might actually be more fun, so I think I will be much more motivated to work harder at my walking. I hurt my foot jogging so didn't do well this week. I am going to stick to walking for a while!!

So I guess tomorrow will be DAY ONE again. Both my friends have lost 3 pounds and I am not doing anything....and I am not going to be the leftover fat one in the group! I go...again!

    I think I am starting again too. I put on 2.5 lbs in the last week - how'd that happen? Don't worry, I know exactly how that happened. Don't worry about not losing, just put the bad days behind you and start again.
