Ok, so my plan today was to try something new. I sometimes get a hankering for fast food, but I get bummed when I do because it's often a lot of calories for something that really isn't filling.
Well I heard that the chili at Wendy's is really good, so I decided to check it out! However, what people neglected to mention is that it isn't chili at all. It's soup! They can call it chili, but sadly, no. It is soup. It's thinner than my campbell's select harvest minestrone soup! If you're thinner than something that calls itself soup, you also are soup!
Other than the total texture mix-up, it wasn't too bad. I only ate the beans out of it because I'm not a fan of meat in my chili. So if you like meat and beans in your soup (NOT chili) then you'll probably like it. A small is a decent size and it's only 190 calories. I'm not sure how big the large is, but I'm sure it's big! It's 280 calories. They are both packed with protein and fiber and I've heard taste really good when poured over the side salad instead of dressing.
